LabourSolve provide Labour Relations support to employers. This service is provided as support to employers themselves or their HR departments as means to pro-actively manage risk for the business of the employer.
The service includes day to day advice, providing of appropriate documentation and facilitation of formal and informal internal processes. A disciplinary skills workshop is also available to employers that wish to upskill themselves, their managers or supervisors to effectively deal with related matters as part of their skills development program.
In addition, as officials of an employer’s organisation, representation at CCMA or Bargaining Councils are possible.
