Course Contents: Legal context, Principles of fairness, evidence, informal versus formal discipline, investigating incidents of misconduct, planning to present case at a Disciplinary inquiry, addressing common issues in the workplace.
Course Outcomes: Competency to investigate misconduct, presenting case at disciplinary enquiries, apply informal discipline, effectively dealing with common issues in the workplace, understand role of a grievance procedure
