All in all highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

2 How would you rate your overall stay and our facilities and amenities?

TRIPADVISOR - Lorna Brownlee - 28 Jan 2019 - - - Paradise - - - We stayed at Zilwa Attitude at the beginning of January for two weeks to celebrate our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful with stunning views of the water. We had a brilliant day out on the Catamaran including snorkelling with Steeve, Johnson and Kevin. This was a great trip with excellent value for money. We particularly enjoyed dining at Kot Nou, Siaw, Lor Disab, and Tadka. The restaurants are well worth booking into. LIke other reviewers I agree that it is very important to get booked in very early on in your stay. Restaurants are booked at Guest Services. Being on honeymoon, we were given a special voucher for a beach dinner. This was lovely- it also was my husbands 30th Birthday at this time. Night time entertainment often felt like play time at a kids creche however understand that this is hard for the resort to patrol. (https://tinyurl.com/y7cjkj7d)

3 How did our team look after you during your stay with us?

On arrival to the resort we received a lovely welcome from reception staff. Our room was kept clean and tidy by our housekeeper Claren- who also supplied some beautiful finishing touches at regular times throughout are stay. Thank you! Steeve, Johnson and Kevin- you are all a rays of sunshine, with a professional and hardworking attitude, thanks for so much fun. I spoke to Yammick about this and he kindly organised for the entertainment staff to come and sing Happy Birthday! Although Yammick was very helpful, I feel at times other members of the guest service team could have been more helpful. For example, we went on a Monday to book our restaurants for week 2. (We were staying Mon-Mon.) We were told that Kot Nou was fully booked. We were not offered any alternative arrangements, for example changing our restaurants around to facilitate a night in Kot Nou. It also disappointing to note that when we passed the restaurant on most occasions it was less than half full. I feel this is an area that needs improvement. Areas of improvement we feel are required in relation to guest services and entertainment.

4 How would you rate our rooms? (if applicable)

Following a lengthy flight we were delighted that our room was ready early. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch.- thank you!

5 How would you rate our food and beverages?

The BBQ on the boat was good too. Buffet restaurant was beautifully decorated each night to co-ordinate with the themed menu. Each night was different eg Thai, Mauritian. Breakfast and dinner are had at this restaurant also. Special thanks to Manish who served us lovely fresh omelettes on a daily basis. Great food. Great location but your holiday really is nothing without good service. This is where Zilwa attitude waiting staff excel. Owen, Allan, Yash, Florian, Niraj, Kunal, Alvin, Raamiz, Askay, Dylan, Sanjay, Dursum, and Cathie. One final special thanks to Ade- the grill master. We loved the fresh fish.
