TRIPADVISOR - Tania S - 22 Jan 2019 - - - Disappointed - - - Our reception was not what I expected from a luxury hotel. We had to walk through a loud, over crowded bar and entertainment area to be rushed for dinner and then taken to our rooms. NOTHING was explained, we had to read our brochure in our room. The beaches are very small. One has dangerous sharp rocks under the water and the others sand were super slimy. The sea was boiling hot. We booked all inclusive, tip for future guests, get a copy of the inclusive beverage menu. It was poorly stocked and the premium menu is over priced, especially their Champagne for 9000 rupees. For what we paid and what we received it was a pretty average holiday. They definitely have the far to relaxed attitude for us to return.
The "restaurants" were fully booked, so we were stuck with the buffet. It was average. Christmas Eve and new year dinner were amazing.
