TRIPADVISOR - Frankie - 6 Jan 2019 - - - Nice people, but poor service - - - You pay a high price for all inclusive but you can't get into the a la carte restaurants, so you're left with a very average buffet service as an option which is not what you pay £650 a night for. This issue would be understandable if their restaurants were genuinely fully booked, but Zilwa's definition of fully booked is a long way from industry standard. I went past Kot Nou on a few occasions and there were only ever 20 people in a 50 seater restaurant. They say it's because they want to provide a better service to their guests, but if you can't provide a good service for 50 covers with 4 floor staff, you have serious operational and training issues. Nice people, but this is less than satisfactory service.
