We only had dinner and breakfast at the main restaurant buffet. The selection was large enough and varied enough, and the food fresh. I love eating tropical fruits and cannot complain about that! We had lunch once at the bar - it was nice to order food, and be able to jump in the pool while waiting for our food to come. I think the club sandwiches for lunch were good.
...(And) would recommend this hotel to anyone else considering vacations in the Indian Ocean.
TRIPADVISOR - Christene R - 6 Jan 2019 - - - Great resort with Mauritian hospitality - - - I stayed 2 nights at this beach resort in Mauritius. Based on previous 4-star beach resort experiences in neighbouring countries, I had low expectations, however this hotel pleasantly surprised me and really sets a high standards for such hotels. Wifi is fast and accessible from almost everywhere at the hotel. There is a boutique with souvenirs - we took a look, however found everything to be overpriced and ended up buying nothing. The selection of activities was very large and varied, and I was impressed at what was already included in our booking. We played tennis on their hardcourt (I can only complain about how hot and humid it was that day!), sat by the beach (it gets very crowded!) and did some kayaking. I was happy with these activities and would’ve dine more, had we stayed longer. For a final price of around 200EUR per person for 2 nights, I think this was all very much worth it. We were received by the hotel staff very warmly, and were very well accompanied upon our arrival, and received a proper introduction to the hotel. Throughout the whole stay it was a pleasure to interact with the staff.
The rooms were large and very nicely decorated - they were high quality clean rooms that included a lot of elements of Mauritian culture, which I really appreciated. The view was very beautiful, the layout of the hotel as well.
