TRIPADVISOR - Mouseylittle - 25 Jun 2019 - - - Paradise on earth, corny but true! - - - What an amazing hotel that exceeded all expectations! We were there for my husbands 50th so we wanted it to be really special and it was! The hotel and all the surroundings are so beautiful, the views are just stunning and really do take your breath away. The setting was so lovely as its surrounded by water and then the stunning views and so nice to feel that you are outside all the time. The crew down at the boat house were great too, even if the equipment was in need of updating (paddle boards and windsurf). We are the sort of people that like to go somewhere different all the time as there is so much of the world to explore but we are longing to go back here already. The only thing I would say is to put more information on the Attitude website as there is not enough information and I had to source it from other places. With so much competition with so many hotels to choose from on such a beautiful island its important that the website is really working hard to give the best possible information on all the Attitude hotels. The staff or family members as I think they call them couldn't do enough for us throught our stay, from making his birthday extra special to looking after me when I had a silly accident on the first night especially Anjilee, Canniah and the guest services team. The food in all the restaurants was amazing. We actually ate quite a bit in the main restaurant and Canniah and his team really looked after us with the most amazing variety of food every day.
Our room was a superior sea view with views over the gardens out to sea, the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and beautiful decor. Everything worked just as it should and we couldn't hear any noise from neighbours so must be well soundproofed too.
The food in all the restaurants was amazing. We actually ate quite a bit in the main restaurant and Canniah and his team really looked after us with the most amazing variety of food every day. Do pre book the a la carte restaurants eg the Chinese, Indian and Mauritian and Lor Disabl as they are extremely popular and get very booked up. We also enjoyed the boat trip to Grand Zil and the BBQ lunch, well worth doing as you get to look back to the hotel and beach and see just how stunning it all is!!!
