External Review's Review of DEMO HOTEL MUSGRAVE

1 How would you rate your overall stay and our facilities and amenities?

TRIPADVISOR - Toasty79 - 18 May 2019 - - - Memorable place for a honeymoon. - - - In many ways this Zilwa Attitude is worth 5 stars, there were just a couple of things that took the star away. The venue is great with a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean with perfectly manicured beach’s decked out lounge chairs and drink and food service right there where you blonk your backside. There are a few activities that you can do there such kayaking, snorkelling, paddle boat, water aerobics (there are 5 pools (one being adults only and a kiddies pool), catamaran as well and you can organise other things from the hotel (day trips and the a like). 2 How did our team look after you during your stay with us?

Firstly the staff are amazing, very friendly, attentive and polite, there wasn’t a time that we felt ignored or our requests weren’t met with a smile (mind you we aren’t pushy people and we only ever ask for things that are already on the menu or cocktail list). (now let me reiterate, the staff were awesome)

3 How would you rate our rooms? (if applicable)

The rooms are clean, bright, good air con, the bathroom has plenty of space to put all your toiletries beside the sink, the shower is spacious, plenty of wardrobe space to hang clothes and also some draws to put undies (there is also a pin code safe at your disposal).

4 How would you rate our food and beverages?

Now this is where Zilwa lost a star. The on-site buffet was ok (breakfast is the same everyday and a bit bland, dinner changed each night but nothing to write home about), there are 4 or 5 restaurants there at the hotel (if you are paying half or full board I would stick to them, particularly the Indian and the Mauritian restaurant) but make sure you book them in advance. One thing Zilwa might want to do is give a little more explanation on how and what we can order from the menu, because we were a little lost on how many entrees (if we could have the soup as well and the starter)
