It has improved from previous years but it still feels like some of the waiters are doing us a favor

We have been working hard on our cuisine offering and it really pleases us that you recognise and appreciate this improvement of what Umngazi standards are. Our friendly and polite but slightly reserved waiters, in some instances, love nothing better than to serve our lovely guests. We appreciate your constructive feedback as it is vital that guests do not feel this way. We will continue to work on this aspect of our service. Thank you.

I never got service and plates and glasses were not cleared

Our bar and restaurant waiters respectfully offer drinks to guests at the pool. Thank you for bringing this feedback to our attention as it is not Umngazi standard and has been addressed never to happen again.
