The management and staff were so welcoming and go out of their way way to help you.

3 How would you rate your Porter/Reception service?

The food was unbelievable with an amazing selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (5 courses).

4 How would you rate the service of our Reservations team?

Not to mention the morning and afternoon teas as well.

5 How satisfied were you with your stay at Umngazi?

The ferry operators were always on the ball with hardly ever waiting for more than a couple of minutes. We did some individual walking (up to 9km) and felt quite safe on the surrounding hills and on the beach. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
