1 How would you rate your overall stay and our facilities and amenities?

BOOKING.COM - Ajay - 15 Apr 2019 - - - Not what was promised - - - The beach was good. The hotel website says they have kayaking and peddle boat as complementary. Instead I found that they stopped water activities 3 years ago. That literally is cheating. I booked the hotel thinking I won't have to go anywhere else for these activities. Instead the receptionist blatantly told that they are not responsible for what is there on their website and the reservation department handles it. I spend 2k Mauritian rupee extra bcz of their cheating. (https://tinyurl.com/yxcmnsee)
